eating a lovely meal with my boyfriend, when a child walked passed me, took my toupe off of my head. I yelled at the child, he then ran to the bathroom and put it in the toilette and flushed it down the drain. I came out of the bathroom crying. It cost me over $1000. What should I do?

That kid is a little terror- I'm so sorry to hear that that happened. You should talk to the kid's parents and see if they will buy you a replacement. If they will not, then I would sue them- $1000 is a lot of money!

Unfortunately, I don't think that you can do anything now. You should have talked to the child's parents and explained to them that their child's behavior is totally unacceptable and they should pay to replace your hairpiece. I'm sorry that happened to you.
