When I go to a warehouse store they sell cheese at good prices but in such large blocks that I know it will go bad before I can finish it. But if I can freeze some of it, I'll be able to use it all before it goes bad.

you can freeze cheese, but it will ruin the cheese.

YOU CANT COOK CHEESE! you know what happens when you cook cheese?! it melts. and then it gets hard again when it cools off. you don't cook alot, do you?

but when you freeze cheese, its molecular structure changes, and it will taste funny, and melt different, and just be weird looking.
