Wow.. what a travesty WAR is indeed!

Much more so now in this modern day and age when the reportage of the so-called "independent media" is being controlled by the U.S. Military --under the guise of protecting all those Western journalists-- leaving them with a lopsided, sanitized version of "news" for public consumption and for television viewing here in the States. It has dark shades of our days in Vietnam.

There is such a scary and chilling effect of the censuring of the actual occurrences of the U.S. OCCUPATION in IRAQ --moreso the atrocities of war crimes that soldiers are wont to commit during such times-- that reeks heavily of what the Fascist NAZIS were known to have done in the Europe during World War II.

This particular "WAR" in IRAQ is even far worse than what had been perpetrated during the Vietnam War only a generation ago... since there is no armed military force to fight against there. We absolutely must STOP THIS WAR at all costs since we have NO RIGHT to be there at all.

And like Vietnam, the people there have grown to HATE ALL the Americans --specifically the U.S. Military occupiers and the perceived notion of having foreign media as their propagandists-- for good and valid reasons.

Peace be with them!

I skipped through it, but what I saw was exactly what I would expect to see - the senseless killing of other humans for no reason other than the guy in charge told you to do it.

...and people wonder why I reject all authority on a philosophical basis

I couldn't watch anymore of it. I'm sorry, it's just that I have friends over there right now and seeing stuff like that just hits hard.

I watched as much as I could take...it's so sad. Just one more reason to say, "Come quickly, Lord Jesus."
