she always falls asleep everytime she sits on the couch. It's about time that I figure out how to help her not fall asleep every time that she sits down. The couch is like an instant sleep aid for her. What do I do????

U can have a talk with her when she's awake and tell her that the next time she falls asleep on the couch thats where she will wakeup the next morning. But for now u can pick her up and take her into the bedroom. Tell her that whenever she does this ur up wondering what u should do because u rather she slept in bed and not the couch.

Talk to her first.Then, maybe you can tell her that if she feels tired and wants to rest, to lie on the bed so that she isnt on the couch.IF you dont want her asleep at your place, couch or other, than you probably need to go to her house.that way if she falls asleep, you can go home and she is at home.
