Well, the bunch of guys part is not even close to the truth. Jesus spent time with the 12 deciples, because God was sending him messages to die on the cross. Jesus had so many missions to complete, that he didnt have enough time for a wife. He loved us too nuch, he spent 33 years of his life for us, and he had no time to get married. Oh, and I have nothing against homosexuality. In fact, i have an aunt and a friend, they are both gay, and I still didnt change the way I loved them when I found out about it. Im not gay, and i think its wrong to be gay, but people who are gay makes their own choices. Its not for me to decide. Jesus gives us a choice and he doesnt "make" us belive in him. But if we have faith, we do believe in him. Hope i helped!

How strange to assume that these men were homosexual. How strange to assume that neither homosexuals nor heterosexuals have the self-control to be able to spend time with a group of people without having sex with them.
If Jesus has no problems with homosexuality, why does His Word say otherwise? If Jesus has a problem with this or anything else, why do we assume anything other than He knows what's best for us?
Lastly, why doesn't the Bible spend as much relative time talking about homosexuality as gays who have a political agenda and those who are prejudiced against them do?
"All have sinned and come short of the glory of God" , but: "God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ." Blessings to you and all who read. Buttercup

Read the Bible some time. While there were many men in the group that traveled with Jesus, the Bible also list Mary Magdalene and Joanna the wife of Chuza the steward of Herod as being among that who accompanied him at times. At least one of the disciples (Peter) was married and (according to Paul in I Corinthians 7) his wife traveled with him. The group was not exclusively male.
But even if it was, (and this might surprise you) it is possible for a group of males to been friends and not be having sexual relations with each other.

That's called "reading into" Scripture. That happens when a person goes to the Bible with an agenda and then seeks to find passages that will support their belief instead of reading the book for what it says and getting your understanding for God instead of the imaginations of your own mind.
Also, you are incorrect about Jesus only hanging around with guys.
John 11:5 Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.
John 12:1 Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead. 2 There they made him a supper; and Martha served: but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him. 3 Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment.
Matthew 27:55 And many women were there beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto him:
Luke 8:1 And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God: and the twelve were with him, 2 And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils, 3 And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others, which ministered unto him of their substance.
Now don't get me wrong. Jesus didn't hate homosexuals or anything like that, but He came full of grace AND truth and to save us all from our sins. He offers us the power through the Holy Spirit to become new in our being and to be delivered from whatever sins beset us. In case you don't think that men having sex with men is a sin, then consider this.
God created men to be with women and to multiply and fill the earth. And this New Testament passage clearly says that a continuing life of homosexual behavior will disqualify someone from entrance into Heaven along with all of the other sins in this passage.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11 Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers, nor homosexuals, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
And such WERE some of you.

Dear fellow, spending time with a group of men does not imply homosexuality. Otherwise, most of the world's armies would be made up of gay men. Also, if a person does not get married, that does not mean (s)he is a homosexual.
Good luck

Greetings!...My friend, you are in error...Among Christ's followers were Mary Magdalene, not to mention He frequently spoke to (gasp!) WOMEN!...The "religious" of His day said He drank too much, partyed too hard, and was an illegitimate child! And one of the reasons that was is because He spoke to the woman at the well--a samaritan woman,no less. They were considered enemies of the Jews, and probably considered "loose" as well! No wonder the disciples were ASTONISHED to see Him speaking to her! Time fails me to mention the MANY WOMEN who followed in the Book of Acts after He died...And yes,a number of the disciples-turned-Apostles WERE MARRIED! LOOK IT UP! As far as homosexuality, it is frequently mentioned throughout Old and New Testaments...Now since I am NOT a judge,I will leave it up to you to see what your Creator feels about that particular subject...great question, though!

What I don't understand is how god created everything and every single thing that happens on earth is how god intended and we were all created in god's own image - but gays are an abomination? You can't have it both ways. Either God made everything and gays are a natural as grass OR gays are evil and god didn't create and make every little thing (in which case he maybe didn't write the bible and then it might be wrong too).
Can we get a decision here?
Peace!

YOU ARE SICK. JESUS WAS NOT HOMOSEXUAL JUST BECUASE HE SPENT TIME WITH OTHER MEN. THE BIBLE SAYS THAT MARRIAGE AND "SEXUAL TYPE LOVE" IS MADE TO BE BETWEEN A MAN AND A WOMAN. AND HOMOSEXUALITY IS A CHOICE NOT A OBLIGATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!
