How can cheese come in so many forms? There's slices and sprays and Whiz and blocks and cubes and wheels and triangles and chunks and shreds! I actually don't really care so feel free to give me some ridiculous answer or some sarcastic blurb.

Well, there are an array of animals in which the cheese, in it's milk form, can come from: cow, goat, sheep...etc. The you have the option of aging it, churcning it, extracting ingredients and/or adding ingredients to it....then there's the matter of temperatures, humidities, and so on and so forth. So all in all, there's endless ways of combining all these factors to form an array of cheese.

We moved from the UK where there was a great variety of cheese, local and from all over the world and it was wonderful and brilliant tasting.
We now live in Australia, and the choice just is not here. Also the Australians are a long way behind the UK when it comes to cheese making, their own is just drab. I wanted to buy Australian cheese when we got here to support australia, but now we just buy the imports.
Australia is still a better place to live though!
