well actually the term Pagan originally meant Christian. Pagan is a derogatory term for "Country bumpkin" in Latin. and so before it took over Rome only people in the outlaying regions embraced the religion thus they were referred too as Pagans (think of the term as redneck or buba) but when Christianity took over the urban centers they referred to those (again in out lying regions) who kept their original form of worship rather than embrace the new religion as again Pagans.
besides that random historical tidbit the answer to what you are actually asking is this; don't different brands of Christianity already refer to other branches as pagan? I note the Catholic vs. Baptist thing. but on the whole I don't think it will happen because it would have to be usurped by something else and there is nothing around (at the moment) to usurp it in "civilization".

Christianity has a strong hold. I doubt it will ever be refered to as another Pagan religion. I think it is already refered to by some as a cult. ;)

Probably never. Paganism is the worship of nature, and a god/goddess that controls it. Christianity is about a God in a Heavenly/Spiritual realm wanting us with him.

i say another 50-100 years before science disproves nearly all literal interpretations of events in the bible, without this they will not be able to contend in the resurrection as literal (and this is the center of their beliefs), reducing there numbers slowly until they once again reach the cult status that they started off as...

Probably about mid-week in the last 7 years before Jesus comes when the anti-Christ takes his place in the temple of God declaring that he is God and deceives the unsaved world into worshipping him.
2 Thessalonians 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
Revelation 13:4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
Revelation 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

It always was a pagan religion.
Polytheism = "mystery of the holy trinity"
Magicians = "three wise men"
Magic = "miracles" such as "he turned water into wine"
Astrology = "star over Bethlehem"
ISIS goddess = "virgin mary"
Mithra = "twelve disciples" and "last supper"
Hermes = "son of god"
etc., etc., etc.

The mind of all religious people are filled with hatred towards other religions. You are just one among them. You are the sign that all religions are equally evil.
