I am 51 years old and still have mine. Back when I was a kid, doctors almost always took them out, weather they needed to be removed or not. I don't know how I got by without the docs taking mine out.

I do and I thought I was the only one my age (50) that still had thers. My mom begged and begged the doctor's to remove mine but for some reason they wouldn't and I have always had trouble with them.

I don't have mine but they were never removed. Me my sister and brother were born without them.
