if they flirt wit u and when ur in school u dont really talk in less ur pushing each other around da halls, but u all ways talk out side of school. constantly flirting and sitting on each others laps to swing cuz thier is no other swing does dat mean something or am i just over reacting??????

2 things may be happening:
1: he does like you by his actions or
2: he is just really friendly and loves you like a friend
Now if you want to really know for certain, look into his eyes and ask him how he feels about you. It is quite simple and you will find out where he stands.
