I feel so sorry for your major problem. but it does appear much like distemper or other raging virus.
If you can't get him to the vet, you are most likely to lose him.
I am sorry..
You could pawn your computer for enough for a vet visit, or fill out the card for pet credit they have at most clinics. I'll give you a link in a minute.

The most immediate problem is dehydration. Wash out that same syringe and use it to give him water or pedialyte. But he sounds pretty bad and probably needs an IV to replenish his fluids. Dark vomit sometimes means there is blood in it. Your dog sounds very sick.
Some (good) vets will work with you on a payment plan. I really think you need to get him there as soon as possible or you're going to lose him, which would be terrible. I'd also keep a close eye on your other dogs in case its something infectious. Sorry I can't give you better news.

I LOVE my whippet. Total sweet heart! Many will argue that a whippet is not very trainable, but mine is awesome on his recall. He has also been to a few obedience matches (doing excellent!). I know many breeders and people with whippets. They are all very loyal and will enjoy any time with there owners. Mine will bark at the door when a stranger arrives. Just be sure to socialize when young so there not so shy! As far as the cold, they don't like it, but nor do min pins! Both breeds would need a coat and be an indoor dog. I live in Washington, very cold. Mine doesn't mind as long as he has a comfy bed to cuddle in. Min pin are, in my opinion, are very independent and yappy. They are however a good size if your looking for a small dog as whippets would be considered more of a medium sized dog. Many I have met have behavior problems. They like to nip and snap. But many people seem to enjoy this breed, its a matter of opinion.

Owning a dog is a commitment, which includes medical care when they get sick. Talk to your vet, or a vet about making arrangements for a payment plan. If you're unable to do this, then turn him over to a rescue or humane society. They'll see that he gets the care he needs and find a home for him where he'll get the care he needs.
There's no reason to be ashamed about not being able to afford something... things happen. There is shame, however, in not properly caring for a sick animal.

Sounds like parasites or parvo. Both of these together can be lethal. If its throwing up loosing weight and want eat, it doesn't sound good. Parvo can kill a puppy in a matter of days. I purchased a jack Russel terrier and a few days later, before his vet appointment he died. He never had his puppy shots like the seller told me. Or his worming. Take the dog to the vet asap or you will loose it. The vet will let you make payments if you can't afford it.

Your dog has some serious multi-symptoms and it seems he is quite ill. He definitely needs a vet of SOME type and it doesn't have to be an emergency vet. Little dogs tend to dehydrate very quickly and organs can shut down as a result. Sometimes we can't afford vet bills, but sometimes you have to take them anyway to save their life.

I would suggest finding a rescue organization a shelter will just put your dog to sleep, and if that is not an option get the shelter or vet to put him to sleep for you. At least that way he died at your mercy instead of at that of someone else's. Either way I am sorry for loss. I hope a miracle pulls through for you.

If you cant afford the treatment call your vet and tell him your probem, he MAY understand and you can work it out, if not, if you cant afford the medical treatment you cant afford the dog, give him 2 a family member friend, or the SPCA. Even know how hard it may be, if you love them do what will make them ok. Please PLEASE listen and dont let the poor things suffer.-Annie- (hope your better after your hospital visit)
