check at the bottom of the page, you should find different flags with things written next to them, ike Mexico, Spain, UK, etc, click on one of those and you'll get to the yahoo answers of that country. If that doesn't work, this will:

Germany: http://de.answers.yahoo.com/
Mexico: http://mx.answers.yahoo.com/
USA in Spanish: http://espanol.answers.yahoo.com/
Spain: http://es.answers.yahoo.com/
France: http://fr.answers.yahoo.com/
Argentine: http://ar.answers.yahoo.com/

Hope it helps, I am missing some but...

Well, scroll down to the bottom of this very page, and besides answers international you'll see the list of the different countries where Yahoo! answer is available. I believe Spanish and German are there too.

"ur in america speak english" does make sense.

But then when the american guy in rome asked where to find an MTV channel in english and I replied "when in rome do as the romans do"
he was upset at me... I guess we can't win unless we start buying big guns too :-)

i dunno, i guess it depends on who's on
someone asked a question in spanish once and i answered it back in spanish (everyone wrote "ur in america speak english" and i know from experience that can be frustrating)
so try a different language...hopefully someone will understand and answer you back
