do people actually take the answers strangers give them seriously

i do if i know the anwsers sometimes i just like to say stupid stuff but most of the times i try to anwers the questions to the best of my abilities, (that sounds really dorkish, gosh why do i alsways do that>)

Sometimes someone outside of the situation can give an unbiased answer and advice. If someone gave me some good advice, even if they were a stranger, I would consider it.

if you're passing by a dark alley & some strung-out junkie lifts his head and out of his mouth comes forth Truth. (not likely, but let's just say it happens this time.) do you question the source or recognize the answer?
if a stranger answers your question, it may be the universe's way of letting you know. it uses many varied & different forms.
