will Nat's bother my open wound?

i have a open wound on my toe and i was at a friends house and it got coverd with nats will this hurt me in any way

Gnats will go after blood. Wash your toe well and cover it with a bandage of some sort.

Cover it just in case one of those nats are a Mosquito carrying WEST NILE VIRUS and if you feel nauseous with head pains or , blurry vision go to the hospital immediately
