You see it is hard now a days. Years ago they could torture you till you submitted but today that is a no no. Years ago they would kill family members till you saw the light, today that is also out. Years ago if you refused they could kill you, but today alas that also is a no no. So all that leaves them with is threats.
And although I am not Christian I now the threats will so here goes:
Repent because Jesus loves you so much that is you don't accept him you will burn for eternity.
There you go, are you know a Christan?

Well if you have not read the bible Don't do it yet. Go get a copy of the Bagdavada Gita, The Upanishads, and the Damapada. Read them, Then read the good old christian bible. If your looking for truth you will find the same truths in all of them. Then having found that truth is truth and only the sages change you will pick one, if you want that, best suits your cultural tastes. If your from the west I think a Christian church will be best for you to fit in with. Unless you are into wearing surreys and eating curry. They all do good works but I want donuts after the service my stomach cant take too much goat. But pick one and start helping feed the poor heal the earth and pray for peace.

No! and to answer Rita J yes there are Chrisitian terrorists they are nmed the following: The Family Research Council, Pat Robertson who suggested the state department should be blown up, Jerry Falwell, Fred Phelps and the Westboro Baptist Church who believe American soldiers are rightfully dying because America encourages homosexuality. And many more also Ted Kuscynski who Blew up the Oaklahoma State Building and finally the Crusaders who terrified and killed people all across Europe, need I say more. It appears the Christian God is the leading cause of death in most of Western History.

Converting to Christianity isn't about awarding points, or about taking on a religion.
Christianity is all about a relationship. A relationship with the God who created the heavens and the earth, the very same God who sent His only Son to die on the cross for your sins. Jesus paid the price (death) that you deserved to pay for your sins, now by believing in Him your sins are counted forgiven on the cross and His righteousness is counted to you. Morevover, Christ did not stay in the grave, but arose on the 3rd day in resurrection glory forever.
The reason to become a Christian is because this God who loves you wants to have a relationship with you. He wants to set you free from the penalty your sins deserve (hell) and give you the gift of eternal life (just as He has given to all who believe in Him). Follow Him today, and receive the gift of God's love.

Ok, first of all, buy a Bible. Or if you have one already (King James Version is better for memorizing, New International Version best for reading), go to the New Testament and read one of the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke,John-all four have the story of Jesus' birth, miracles, and crucifixion, but the formats are different). After you've read one of these books, take a break and pray. Admit to God that you are a sinner, pray that He will forgive your sins, and ask Jesus to come live in your heart. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. God likes us to talk to Him as if we were talking to anyone else.
After you have asked Jesus into your heart, make it your number one priority to live a godly life. I don't mean you have to go around hitting people with the Bible, but through everyday occurrences, ask the famous "What Would Jesus Do?". Spiritual maturity comes in time, so doing you best is all God and other Christians ask for. "Fully Rely On God" is another key memo to remember. During this "maturing " process" you need to get involved in a local Christian church (Baptist and Methodist are most common in the south). But a church will help you not only grow in understanding, you'll be able to serve in ways that will benefit both you and others.

I read this question and don't know what to say... it's like ok heres my chance to try and win someone over to Jesus Christ, but... it's not me that will do it. Obviously God has been wanting you to find him... and that is very exciting! just the fact that you really do want to be a christian. I have faith that God will find you and move you in such a way only he can do and your life will only get better.
That has happened to alot of people.
There are so many things i can say to try and show you how great God is... but it's nothing compared to when you are so desprate for him... he comes to you and you can feel his presence.
The thing is God has a plan for your life.. everyones life infact. And living with a purpose is so much more than what u can ask for!!! It gives you hope and joy like you couldnt' believe. God's love.. i mean wow.... people have been healed in the name of Jesus Christ, people have found there lives thanks to him. It's so amazing . God's love has always been there and he loves you right now weather you know it or not... soooo muchh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Theres so much to say that theres nothing to say now that i think about it.
So i will pray
GOD BLESS!

Sure!First things first.READ THE BIBLE!!!!Although u gotta be careful which one to buy.U might wanna get one that says Holy Bible. If u compare a catholic Bible with a Christian, you'll see lots of differences & let me tell ya something.I'm Christian.Catholics are stupid.Christians like me have proof that catholics' beliefs are false. Also they're Bible has some different chapters and is missing some too.I don't know this stuff. My mom just told me & so I believe it's true.Proof is a gigantic word when it comes to religion.
Another step to Christianary is going to church.Find a good one near u.But u don't have to be Christian to go to church or go to church to be Christian. There's this guy that's Christian. He stopped going to church but still gave the offer(money donated to the church). So he always had great things happen to him because he gave his offer or whatever it's called.I don't know caus I go to a Brazilian church and read the Bible in Portuguese.
The most important step is praying.Praying is like talking to God exept for we can't see him. He's in the room when u pray or do anything.God's everywhere. He can do the impossible and is the only living thing that's perfect.Start with a prayer like this:Lord, I'm here to ask u to help me convert.I wanna be Christian.Help me understand your word and power.I wanna be your friend.I know I can trust you.I wanna be able to go to heaven and live forever with you. Thanks for giving me life.If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't know what it's like to live and have technology.I wouldn't be able to express myself and wonder. Thanks for everything.I pray in Jesus name.Amen!Or u might want to go to a church and ask the pastor or whatever-not a preach-to pray with u.He'll say some words and u'll repeat. It'll be great!
U could check out some of my answers for more info.Don't worry, they're not as long as this one. They're about going to heaven.Good luck.
PS-I don't like to say something when I don't mean it so if I say good luck, I mean it!

It's not a contest or a membership drive to some sort of club,if your not ready to accept it than no amount of persuasion will convince you otherwise. There is nothing any one will say here that will make convert unless it's already in you,and if that's the case, you're already converted

Wow - well this is a major decision - but you should just ask your self what you are lacking. Religion (a complete one) does give you a purpose for living.
I can tell you about Islam - though I know you may not wish to hear about it, but it is very similar to Chrisitanity, except that it promotes that there is only one God worthy of worship, and that there was one more prophet after Jesus (peace be upon him.)
And it teaches us that our purpose in life is to worship our Creator alone. The only reason (for me) to even believe and worship anything is if it has the power to create me - and God created us, so we should realize His power and then submit to Him.

All converts to Christianity, myself included, join for selfish reasons. Do you want to go to hell? If the only requirement for being saved is to ask Jesus to forgive your sins and save you, then why not? Think of it this way...you wouldn't be going to hell, and maybe, just maybe, you'd be on the inside track with the Big Man (God)!

First learn GODS Sabbath because it is the TEST commandment then all else will follow.
Ex 31:17 It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
