When I try to tell men off, they get turned on and laugh and say, "You're cute when you're angry" I am trying to turn them off and it ends up turning them on. How can I turn a man I hate off and tell him that I'm not interested when nothing I do or say will do it.

You can't. If a man is interested, that's his mind, not yours. He will stay interested until he's ready to change his mind (maybe never).
But, you can certainly expect and require them to leave you alone or at least behave properly.

ignore, depends if your wanting to do it, or what, but if no, its just like your playing hard to get, usually your doing somthing to bait them, even without knowing it.
