Even though im black but upperclass they have never accepted me what can i do to set myself apart, and why dont they approach me

For the most part, people are attracted to people similar to themselves. You probably need to be in closer contact so they can get to know you as an individual and not base their reluctance on your race. Perhaps join some clubs or teams where you would be apt to work together and become more friendly.
Don't be discouraged. It only takes one other person to fall in love and we don't all find that person right away either.

Try to better get to know the guys that you are interested in. Once these guys get to know you, they would love to be with you.

They are just racist as*holes. You need to find a great guy who doesn't look at color. You shouldn't have to do anything. Be yourself, don't change and you'll find someone great. Sometimes it takes a while to find him, be patient.
