Can I combine vitamins? I have a multi vitamin and a men’s vitamin. Threes more vitamins and minerals in the multi vitamin but the men’s one has a se of thinks like pumpkin seed and bilberry and more. Can I combine the vitamins or just take one. Which one if only one?

I would take the multi-vitamin only, then ask my doctor

take only one unless you know the maximum daily intake of the different vitamins and minerals. too much of some of them may be toxic. if the rda percentages added together for any particular vitamin or mineral is 100% or less, you can take both. to find out toxicity levels, check the sites below.

you should just get the daily needed doses of vitamins...stick to a good mixture of vitamins but do not overdose on them....eating overdose of vitamins will not be good to your liver...it will also be a waste of your money as those excess vitamins unable to be absorb by your body will be pass out through urine or poo...that's why it's heavy to your liver....

yes u can combine, but not more than one of each a day, some vitamins are not good in excess

You have to be careful of overdosing on fat soluble vits particularly Vit A which is very toxic. I would just take the one that has the most comprehensive ingredients.
