last thing i ate was a banana.
bed night snack? warm milk with tsp of vanilla, and tsp of sugar subsititute. mmm!!!

Right now I'm not eating but drinking some diet Sierra Mist it's so hot here that I don't feel like eating so I'm downing lots of liquids....and for a bedtime snack I love milk and cake or pie or cookies...milk is supposed to help you sleep better ....so I'm going to enjoy it....nite nite....thanks for reminding me that I needed a snack! lol
