I imagine that Jack in the Box's Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger would be up there near the top. One of these burgers has 1093.6 calories with 697.3 of those calories from fat alone. It has 77.5 grams of total fat, 30.4 grams of that is saturated fat and 3.1 grams of trans fat. 141.7 mg of cholesterol, 2041.3 mg of sodium, and 12.2 grams of sugar.
Eeesh! From only one burger!

I agree with Smiley! I love those amazing Cheese Burgers from Peter's Drive Inn! Yummi! Even a simple burger is huge....it has 1 and 1/2 patties and their red sauce is to die for. I have eaten very good Cheeseburgers, Tex-Mex Style in Mexico City at " La cabana de Fuentes". They have large patties grilled on charcoal. Toppings: Chopped Pineapples, Sauteed Onions, Chopped Jalapenos, Tomatoes and Lettuce. American Melted Cheese. Very good also.

Usually it is the items fried in oil because they use hydrogenated oil and when heated over several times at high temperatures it turns to trans fats and also heavy cream sauces and cheese along with meat like fatty pork and beef. Any animal fat is unhealthy

The McRib sandwich from McDonald's. A pork pattie shaped like spare-ribs smothered in barbecue sauce on a big fat bun. A heart attack waiting to happen.

Well, my best guess would be something I have not tried. I understand that Krispy Kreme now promotes a bacon cheeseburger served between two glazed donuts as a "sandwich."
What do YOU think about this?

It wasn't at restaurants - but how about the whole "deep fried twinkie" thing at fairs/carnivals? I also just saw "deep fried oreos" at an amuzement park. Seriously?
