1. Decapitate means to remove one's head. So, yes, you have decapitated the person, but you'd have to do it twice to complete the job.

2. Depends on the person telling the story. A guy who is 5' 7" will be short to someone who's 6' 4", and tall to someone who is 4' 9"..

3. Mammals reproduce when a sperm fertilizes an egg. A fertilized human egg will grow into a human. A fertilized bear egg will grow into a bear. You get the idea. As for when that fertilized egg develops it's own identity, this is open to debate, but my personal opinion is when it's self-sustaining, or can be sustained with medical assistance.

1. If both heads are on one neck then yes. If there is a neck for each head then you have severed a head.

2. As tall as he can get without going over.

3. The moment that the egg is fertilized.

I will only go for number three.

A fertilized egg starts developing the moment it is fertilized. It becomes an embryo, then a fetus. Finally, if everything works for it and the mother-to-be, it gets born. When it is born, it is given person status by the state (government.) Until that time it is not a person. One cannot claim it as a dependent, it is not forced to obey laws, nor can one be taxed for carrying it. Likewise, so far, one cannot be charged with murder if that embryo/fetus dies due to mishap or maliciousness on anyone's part.

That is a very slippery slope, of course, in the courts of law. We saw the court trying to bend the Scott Peterson case to try him on a double murder of both his wife and unborn child. Such findings will lead to some very nasty lawsuits later by children against their parents. Imagine a child born with some birth defect and a lawyer then convincing the estranged father to sue (on behalf of the child) the mother for taking a drink or doing another risky behavior during pregnancy.

1. You have decapitated one head.
2. 5'3"... my height.
3. When the baby comes out. Appearantly, people think it's something else ( a pig, cat, stuffed animal) before then, otherwise they wouldn't kill it.
