If you lay out or tan IN THE SUN. put real lemon juice on it and it will get lighter. the sun bleaches it but takes awhile so lay out like 3 times a week or more.

Sun In Hair Lightening Spray. It doesn't have any chemicals or anyhting in it, so It's like lemon juice on acid. It Lightenes your hair in about 2 hours in the sun and it's cheap.

Lemon juice from a real lemon, not the bottled kind. Henna left in your hair will give it redish highlights.

Spend a lot of time in the sunlight and it'll get naturally bleached.
In the Winter I'm a rich golden blonde but in the summer it changes to almost a platinim blonde.

i have dark dark brown hair and i like to use the john frieda beach blonde gel. it's got peroxide but it's mild...i get a gradual difference every time i use it...nice and subtle light brown, reddish highlights. i put it just on the hair around my face and my bangs and put my hair in a pony. it's kind of hard to find but i found mine at a rite aid or cvs for like $6...you just have to check for it! it's great stuff
