I read that alcohol affects every cell in your body, is this true? I know it effects liver and brain but what else does alcohol do to your body? Does it raise blood pressure, raise temperature, etc.

It can over a long time hurt your body. If you just drink a few times a week and know when to stop you shouldn't fall over dead unless you are taking some other meds.
Just a normal healthy person that doesn't drink often will be ok.

not usually, but it all depends on the person drinking it. medication plays a factor and it also depends what medication you are on and for what. alcohol is a depressant because it has alcohol in it and if you are taking anti-depressants, it could affect your blood pressure
