I don't believe it's you that has the problem. I believe it's the women you meet, that have the problems. Where do you meet these women? Pay close attention to the environment you meet women, it can tell a lot about who they are. Not judging them, because you are in the same place; however, observing them.

The world we live in today is so judgmental and criticizing, that nowadays you have to prove yourself worthy before someone (men or women) will talk, look, or listen to you.

I go through the same thing, I feel my disadvantage is because I am a plus size woman and African-American. Men do not ask me to dance, say you look nice, smell good, or even say ONE WORD TO ME.

I am the type of woman, I enjoy getting my hair done, smelling good, looking and feeling beautiful, purrrtty white teef's, and I can't even get a man to say *$#%% you stink, HE JUST WON'T SAY NOTHING. (just jokn) I dont want him to say that, but what I am saying is I feel your pain, its not just males who get rejected its women also.

Speaking of that let me share this: I met a guy who only lived in town for approx. 1 month, I ASKED HIM OUT ON A DATE. He said, NO, he was tired he wanted to stay home. The next day I spoke with him, he was telling me about his friends coming to pick him up and they were at a b-b-que. Man did I feel rejected.

So you see it's not just you....

Take Care

I dunno know. I want to be nice and say that, "No it's not your race", but I think I would be lying. I think your race plays a role in the whole "stand-offish" vibe, but for the most part, maybe the girls are trying to feel you out. It is not to often that a Latin dude like yourself can turn the dance floor out. So, keep up the good work papi!

Hey, it's not judging as much as it is being careful. It mostly depends on the way you approach a black woman. Slow and easy is the key. Just change your approach or how you present yourself at first siting. Hang in there
