Place a call to Social Services if it bothers you. You don't need to give them your name. Let them know you've heard of it, and/or witnessed it.

Call protective services/police department for the children and your local humane society or animal control and voice a complaint for cruelty to animals. The sad thing is, and this makes me sick, animal control will act faster than the police and they will follow through on the animal cruelty charge. That is what he will more than likely get charged with. Be sure and follow up on both cases. Ask for police name and badge numbers, ask for protective service workers names and numbers and follow up to make sure that something has been done.

i do not get the i don't like youngsters, or dogs. i'd imagine it will be extra like "i don't like that my father whipped me with the water hose so I gained't whip my baby with the water hose. I easily have realized from his blunders, and that i'm studying to forgive him"

perhaps both dogs and kids need some discipline--or they could disinfect the hose before using it on the kids--or call the authorities.

I personally do not whip my kids but my dad used to pull
his belt out of his pants and double it over and give us a
whoppin every now and again it didn't seem to affect me.
If you think it is way to vicious and often then give him a
mouthful.

contact police or social services you can make an anonymous call to either of these places and then call the local humane society and they will remove the abused animals also an anonymous phone call. good luck

You need to report this as it is child abuse. Do the children a favor.
They cannot give your name out.
It is the proper thing to do before he seriously injuries one.
And report him about the dog to. That also is illegal.

The kids obviously can't defend themselves so I would suggest that you offer a little help.
