INVISILIGN
Invisalign® is the invisible way to straighten your teeth without braces.
Invisalign® uses a series of clear removable aligners to straighten your teeth without metal wires or brackets.
Invisalign® has been proven effective in clinical research and in orthodontic practices nationwide. In fact, over 70% of all U.S. orthodontists are certified to treat patients with Invisalign®.

Depends on what the problem is.
Ask for a dentist that does orthodontics with fucntional appliances.
These are retainers with screws in them, they grow bone - they don't hurt. There are "retainers" that can fix a bite if your lower jaw is too far back. If your upper jaw is too far back, that usually needs a reverse-pull headgear (looks like a catcher's mask - only worn at night)
I've had many people that didn't need braces after the appliances - those that did went a lot faster (2 years is a LONG time for me to have a patient in braces).

invisalign is another type of braces, or you could do what my mother did.
She had all of her teeth pulled and got dentures. OUCH
My parents didn't get braces for me when I was a young girl, so I
grew up with crooked teeth. I finally (two years ago) made the
decision that I would get braces myself. I am so happy I did.
I love the way my teeth look now. It was worth the metal in the mouth. JUST DO IT

other than invisilign only other option to braces is to knock them all out and get dentures.
Braces do work better though. And arent that much of a pain. Some guys like the look of them on girls. Girls probably dont feel the same towards guys with them.

i havent heard of any other alternatives besides invisalign. i need braces really bad but i dont wanna get them either.and your dentist can send you to an orthodontist that can put the braces on the back side of your teeth but your appointments will take longer than they usually would.

well i dont think you can fix it with a retainer because retainers arent made to fix your teeth..they're meant to hold them in place until your teeth stop moving and then you take the retainers off..but since your teeth are starting to move again..you may want to consider some invisaline braces..clear..and kinda expensive if your worried about the money..get normal baces or just dont get them..just go to your orthodontics and see what they have to say..hope ive helped!! bye =)

in addition to invisalign there is something called clearstep which is the same as invisalign but cheaper
retainers can also be used but it will depend on the severity of the case if it is mild then yes but if not then no chance.
the orthodontist needs be consulted

visaline i think that is what they are called. My sister has them for her over bite. They are like a retainer you can barely see that it is there. Now her teeth look SO great. Sorry that i am not totally sure what they are called but its worth the research
