You can contact your customer service representative, the number should be listed on your ID card and your employeer should have a contract booklet and one should have been mailed to you in your benefit packet listing all your benefits.

There should be a number on your health card. Call them and they can answer your questions and/or send you a booklet explaining your coverage. If you can't find the number, ask your human resources department.
