it is one of the best things you can use, honestly. a dab of it on the bites about every day i would think would help decrease the itching until it finally goes away

Aloe vera just soothes the skin (usually for sunburns). Benadryl, the antihistamine is best for bug bites bc it stops the itching. Maybe even some lidocaine to numb the itch senstaions. However, if it looks infected, or lasts more than a week see an md!

Aloe vera is well known for use on minor cuts and burns and bug bites if it is getting worse instead of better then see your doctor,

its good because it has aloe in it i remember my mom would put aloe on almost all of our cuts an scars and even some bug bites aloe is good its an old remedy even though some modorn medicine would tell u to but itching cream on it

It won't make it worse, if it feels better then it is working... I have always found that calamine lotion works the best on bug bites
