and others will say one is critical and negative, but treat the second one as being curious and intersted?

I'm not worried over it, defensive, or insecure. I'm just simply asking.

I find it odd that so many people ask questions that are easily and more reliably answered by doing a regular web search. Opinions are fun, but if they really want a true answer, this isn't often the right place to get one.

Perhaps it's not always the same people answering those same questions, so some are more willing to answer more seriously than others. It's the luck of the draw. Some may ask the same exact question again maybe because they don't look to see if it's already been asked, because they didn't like the first answers, to be annoying, or for a variety of reasons.

One thing is age. If an 11 year old asks what is sex, he might get a straight answer. If a 40 year old asks what is sex, people will probably just make fun of him. It's usually whether people think you should already know or not.

The first time you ask, for most people, it could be "interesting" to answer.
The second time you ask the same question, it is annoying, since you failed to listen to the original answer.

I don't think it is critical first than curious next.

People who answer the questions will think about WHO asked the question as well....if one has a funny nick name or seems nasty, many will criticise. If the person who asked seemed to be well-intentioned, the answer will be different.
I think, it is a matter of subconscient judgement.

It depends on the inflection or tone used. I can have a mad look on my face and tell you to go to hell. You are not going to take it very well. Or, I can smile really sweet and tell you to go to hell, and you might take it differently. In fact, you might think I'm joking with you.
