Never. Unless they are married. God gave us sex as an intimate expression of love between husband and wife and for procreation. Sex solidifies the bond between husband and wife. It's not supposed to be a casual thing between unmarried people.

Teenagers should have sex when they fully understand the purpose of sex(and no the purpose of sex is not for fun!) and have the means(financially, emotionally etc) to deal with all possible consequences of engaging in sex. Teenagers should also have sex, if both sets of parents are aware of and OK with it. As they're the ones who usually have to deal with the consequences of teenagers having sex. Teenagers should have sex if they are willing to have children together, can take care of children together and have plans of marriage. Conclusion: Teenagers in 99.99999999 % of cases should not be having sex.

When they get married. That way they won't bolt on each other when the wife gets pregnant, and their dads won't be so pissed off if the girl gets knocked up.
Use condoms and the girl won't be pregnant but the probability of her having a happy marriage with a decent man who wants to marry a virgin of course has dwindled. This is not the case in all societies but is the hope of most men.
And fathers would take out their chainsaws and shotguns if some punk screwed their daughter right? So guys, the probability of your daughter getting screwed if you've screwed with someone else's daughter is high. They call this karma.

No one should have sex unless they are willing to deal with the consequences. First, there are emotional consequences...sex provides a bond for people that some aren't willing to face. Going with stereotypes here, girls get very attached to guys, and guys don't always want that attachment. (It can happen vice versa). Second, there is not a birth control method that is 100% effective. If you are not ready to face a pregnancy, you're not ready for sex. Even if one would choose abortion, there are emotional issues that are involved, and abortion should NEVER be used as a form of birth control.
Hope this helps.

When they are ready to have a child...
This means ..
1. You must be comitted for life
2. You must be able to support yourself and a child
3. You must be willing to give up nearly everything for your child
This usually comes after marriage and college.. so I would say a teenager is not ready for sex..
My teenage sister did get pregnant (at 14 or 15) and was not ready for it, she is now barely in her 20s and wishes she did things differently

When they are responsible enough to know that sex isn't just something you do just to do it.When you realize that there are feelings involved by both people and it isn't something to do lightly. When you are responsible enough to use protection EVERY TIME,no matter how horney you are no matter what excuse your partner gives you.Don't rush into anything.Sex is so much better when you have feelings for your partner..When your in love.

they should wait til they get married...juzt my personal belief i guess. everything's good in life, including sex, is worth waiting for. when theyre married, theyll have sex with the one they really wanna share it with, no guilt whatsoever. and that'd be the perfect sex for me. again, juzt my personal opinion!
