My ex-girlfriend and I have been hanging out for a month now but their always seems to be drama whenever this old guy she dated comes around. She says she hates him and wished he would just leave her alone but still these problems persist. She also gives me an I dunno how I feel response when I ask her about us being an official item rather than a whatever friend w/benifits that likes one another. The whole thing is getting kind of old and it just gets on my damn nerves! Ladies this one is for you!

Are you giving her the runaround? No? Then why in the hell should she, it's only polite. Why is she your ex? Sounds like it's time to move on. If she were to straight up say why exaclty she does not want to be in a relationship currently, then talk it over. Do you think her emotions and desires are invested on the same level as yours? If no, then how would things ever work if you did become an "item"? In the past, run around answers meant I didn't want to deal with it, or give you anything, but I wanted to keep getting what you were doing for me.... "You can only be walked on if you are lying down".

Hi Guy,

As a woman, I can assuredly tell you to move on and find someone that truly values you. She is merely using you for comfort and company. When a woman says she doesn't know how she feels, she almost always is really saying, "I don't feel that much for you". But if she told you the truth, she would fear losing her comfort and company, so she euphemises it with "I don't know how I feel." Ambiguity can come in pretty handy in a situation like this. She also still has strong feelings for the other guy, elsewise she wouldn't react so strongly. You need to just tell her that you hope she figures it out and that you will give her plenty of time and space to do so. Then you go out and find someone who wants YOU. And is not confused about it!

Sweetie
She is definitely playing the Field. BY not committing to you, she is open to having numerous friends W/benefits. If what you want is an exclusive then demand it, give her an ultimatums. And stick to your decision. Maybe she acts as thought she does not like the ex, is because she is putting on a front. But you should be safe and put yourself before her. Because if your having unprotected sex that mean who ever she is sleeping with you are too. So do what's right for you.

I think you should just stay away from her. She seems to have some extra baggage hanging around. She doesnt seem to know what she wants. Thats not the kind of person you want. Anyways so why is this girl your EX girlfriend? Move On.

That depends. You ok with the whole friends with benefits thing? If so, leave it alone, and enjoy it while it lasts. If you have feelings for her, make her give you an answer. Cause it sounds like she's keeping you around until she finds her next guy.

Stay away from her, because she sounds like she a lier who's playing games. He just happens to be around( bull) he's there becasue she wants him, if she wanted nothing to do with him, he would not keep coming around. She may very well be messing around with him. U should give her her walking papers.

Move on to a awoman who's all done with her ex and he is OUT of her life and will not hang around.

i think she is just stringing you along if she keeps saying she doesn't know if she wants to be an official couple or not. either she does or she doesn't. ask her one more time, tell her if she doesn't give you a definate answer than you're moving on, you're tired of the games. and also tell her that you're tired of the drama with the other guy. either she tells him to leave her alone or you're done with her too.

here's what you do.

don't compromise your happiness for someone else.

it seems to me, she's ALLOWING her ex to come around. if she hates him so much, she should ignore his phone calls and/or get her number changed. when she seems him, she shouldn't acknowledge him.

as for you being "official", sometimes you have to give her an ultimatum. tell she's either going to be with you all the way, or not at all.

that's how i would go about handling things.

good luck with her. :)

Well, personally if I were you, I'd think I deserve better and move on. Life's too short to have people play with your feelings and emotions like that...there is someone out there who will treat you like a King and you'll treat her like a Queen. Get out there and find her...you're wasting time with this one;)

If she's your ex then move on and quit being friends with benifits.
