It's all about body language...looking at them the right way, brushing against them slightly, or you can do it with a movie...watch a movie with a great kissing scene and say "that would be fun to try"....thats a definite statement...then once you start kissing do it without tongue at first but make sure he knows you want it to go there by pressing firmly with your lips on his...then open your mouth slightly and put your tongue just between his lips...if he doesnt make the move first that is

Carry some hershey's kisses in your purse. Pull one out and ask him if he wants a kiss? Then ask him if he wants another. Then give him one!
Put some flavored lip gloss on (suggestively ofcourse) in front of him. Tell him it tastes so good, and would he like to taste it? Then plant a great big one on him. (If he says no, say I meant from my lips)
Or get him to dance w/ you. That should get your lips close enough to his.
How do you do it? Don't sweat it, don't even think about it. Just do it.
Don't jam your tongue down his throat. Your tongues need to spend equal time in each other's mouths. Swirl your tongue around his, suck on it a little (not too hard), nibble on his lower lip.
