If you breathe mushroom spores, you'll probably die or get sick, i guess.

Most likely nothing at all. You're probably inhaling a few now. I accidentally kicked over a sponge in the woods today. I got a potato smell and commented to the guy I was with that it smelled weird. Then I noticed the sponge. Don't fret about it. Nothing will probably happen.
