Short haircuts are definately best for fine hair. I should know, I have it.
Choose layered with side bangs. Ooooh i like that.
Plus, with blunt straight cut hair. Your hair tends to fall out easier which makes fine hair even thinner.

It's all simply a matter of personal preference. I have short hair and guys just like it. And i prefer a person with short hair over a man with long hair because long curly hair tends to make guys look too girly.

Instead of you choosing a style...go to an upper class hair salon and have them do what they think would be best, you can tell them that you don't like blunt cuts...they get paid more because they can do more...Best wishes

i had hair like that and got it cut to shoulder length with layers...the bottom layer flips out and i have shorter layers that go under and then shorter bangs that come together around my face...turned out cute!! (see pic) ^_^
