The Book of Infallible Truth.

To me, the very idea that a book (or anything else for that matter) can be "holy" is ridiculous.
We obviously live in a "creation" of some sort...that is self-evident.

A creation, implies a "creator", but as to the nature of that creator no one man or woman has any more real knowledge than the next.

And anyone who bases their opinion of the nature of this mysterious creator on the contents of a single book, is, in my opinion, doing themselves a great disservice by not keeping their minds open to ALL the possibilities offered by this incredible world.

Books are signposts to the many pathways available in this world.

All the paths lead to the same destination....it is unfortunate that so many travellers have their heads buried in books, and fail to see the real universe unfolding at their feet.

The idea of a holy book seems to defeat the whole purpose and philosophy of jim darwinism. As I understand it, it is a basic search for the truth, whatever it may be. having this "book" that claims to already know everything defeats the whole purpose of this and leads to a sort of mass brainwashing.

Catcher in the Rye, unless that's already taken. Then probably The Super Fun Happy Book of Stuff.

It's still in the draft stages and you should check with lasermouse9 as he's the Editor-in-Chief, but I believe the working title is:

The Holy Book of Tomatoes

I'd say the holy book for jim darwinism should be the Bible. After all, it's "holy" because jim punches so many "holes" through it, doesn't he? ;-]

As I understand it, Jim Darwin followers are considering "Mad Magazine" as its holy book and "Cracked" Magazine as its Bi-Law manual.

Jimism?
Jimology?
Darwinesticism?
I'm going to go with Christianity 2: Electric Boogaloo.

I don't think a "holy" book is not necessary. People have a tendency to grasp & remember practical things easier.
