OMIGOSH! what is your wight compared to your height? if your feeling dizzy and lightheaded, that means your body does not have enough nutrients and energy to be healthy. go to http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx a site for teens and children to see if your body mass is healthy. consult a docter if you fear you have an eating disorder!

400 calories a day. Lets think about this for a few minutes:
-Have you ever considered the fact that your chances of heart failure are now 5000% more likely than your average person?
-Ever feel like you're exhausted after you stayed in bed all day only thinking, blinking your eyes and beating your heart?
-Have you ever thought that the chances of child defects are now up to possibly 49 out of 50 births for you?
-Have you ever thought that this could be bad for you, even in these scenarios?

Put down the pop culture magazines, eat a few granola bars without volentarily puking them out and GET HELP NOW!! You're heart muscles are protected by fat along with your brain. If you have no fat around your brain there's every possibility your head could have come in contact with bone or other foreign material to the brain that could damage it. The price tag for fixing you up in this stage is easily going to be thousands and thousands of dollars. I'm suprised you even had enough energy to type out this question let alone take all the time and energy to set up an account should you have done this when you registered.

400 calories a day, are you nuts? Your body is still in a growth stage and you are not getting enough vitamins for your brain that continues to develope until you are around 17 or so. You are also not getting enough calcium for bone growth, you will find that soon you will start breaking and fracturing bones and wonder why. Thinking skinny is one thing but you're intake should be more around 1200 calories a dat at the least ok? Cut out the bread and fast food, eat lots and lots of fruit and if you hate mike add Nestle's Chocolate surup in it for chocolate milk and don't worry about THOSE milk calories either, you urine passes milk out easily. Drink a ton of water, find veggies you LOVE, I eat a can of corn or beans a day! With lots of low calorie buter/marg. It is a proven fact that the sour cream, whipped cream, butter, etc. you use as toppings on fruit, veggies are nothig to the benefits of the stuff you are eating, like the fruits and veggies. Keep to real meats, chicken and hot dogs and stuff, stay away from bologna and processed stuff. I say ok to hot dogs, its summer-what better summer BBQ food than hamburgers and hot dogs so enjoy for now. Turkey is low in fat, just like chicken, ever see a FAT turkey? Neither have I. So increase the calories in the healthy way and you will remain thin for life if you get in the habit now. Fast food is the #! heart disease killer of the nation. Every 2 months splurge but don't do it a lot, a lot of preservatives. Watch the ingredients if there are a lot of words you can't every pronounce (let lone put in your body) stay away from it! Its the preservatives that are causing all this Cancer Stuff. Enjoy life, be active, eat healthy. A salad receipt book will give you salad ideas, good ones like Better Homes and Gardens Cooking with Salads is a good choice. Be a bunny! But yes, up your calories, ice cream has no nourishment at all, its not even mada of milk anymore, its made with Lard, or Fat! Yuck. Unless you have lots of money to buy Bryers (spelling there) the one in the Black carton! But again, if it doesn't have a lot of vitamins you might want to use it as a treat every two months or so. Spread out the treats and eat well. Strawberry shortcake is sooo healthy! Again forget about the topping, too few calories to worry about, and the spongecake? Spongecake is something you can eat TONS of because it is all "air"! Yep, its nothing but fluff! So with tons of strawberries and all their vitamins SO good for you, its goig to be on your menu every night for desert, or even as lunch. You can also use grapes, bananas too! So eat healthy, but increase the caolories to insure your still growing body gets the calcium and vitamins it needs! Go For It ok?.

Yes, I ate 1200 calories a day and the weight came right off
Then when you get where you want start eating again.
Like maybe 1400 a day and if you gain on that stop eating more than that amount. Count everything. Salad dressing, etc.

400 is going to kill you. You need to eat at least 1500, maybe more since you stil are growing. You can mess up your reproductive organs and never be able to have a baby. Get off the computer and go eat something. If you are getting dizzy, you could be passing out.

Yes, the recommended daily intake is 2,000 calories and 3,000 calories for people that do more physical activity like sports.
Would you should do is obviously take in more calories every day(2,000-3,000), you should feel better and not get dizzy. If you still get dizzy, then see a doctor but you should continue to take in 2,000 to 3,000 calories a day.

....eat
darling what you are doing to your body is dangerous. Dizzy is just one of the signs that your body is getting ready to shut down. You should be eating around 2000 cal a day maybe more because of you age. If you are overweight and trying to diet....this is not the safe way to do it. See a doctor for a good diet plan and excerize routine.

Yes, VERY bad. You cannot possibly take in enough nutrients such as vitamins or minerals to keep your body functioning normally by doing this. You could become very ill. Check with your doctor (or even online) for a sensible 1000 + calorie diet.
