you can like someone from work, but i don't recommend dating them. if the relationship goes sour, you'll have that reminder on a daily basis. if you work in different departments that hardly interact, you may be safe from that. on a whole though, office politics are bad enough w/o getting dating involved. i'm dating a former co-worker, but i do NOT work there anymore. i did not accept a date from him until i left.

There is nothing really wrong with liking a girl at work. It's just that some people think that when you get involved with another employee, it causes problems in the work place. As long as you make sure that it doesn't damage the working environment, you should be fine.

Well, there may be an office policy on dating. If you're both single, it's fine, but...dating at work is tricky. If you break up you still have to see each other every day...and that can be hard.

No, but according to rules at work, it might be wrong to date her, and if she's taken, it IS wrong to date her...yeah, it's wrong to like her THEN too, but hey, u can't help that, and u'll get over her, provide u don't try to steal her from her man.

No but in this day and age you need to be careful. If you say the wrong thing to her she could file a sexual harassment suit against you

No it is not if your both single if you both are hot and hotter together besides that go for it and do what ever you want unless in your contract (go find out) it says your not allowed to have sexual realtions with a co-worker.

Do you have office rules that prohibit this? You need to remember...if you date this person and it does not work out...you still work together. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a girlfriend/or elsewhere for a job if she is that important to you.

yeah,because lets say y'all break up and y'all can't stand each and then u say u don't want 2 see the other face ever again but u can't do that because u work 2gether
