My neighbour is near her forties but looks excellent and pretty hot. She's married to this 60 yr old who apparently does not satisify her sexually. Every time I see her she passes comments and openly shows that she likes me. I'm leaving town soon and i have this temptation of sleeping with her before i leave. SHould I?

No. A woman that old should know better. She wants you as her little play toy and besides how do you know that her husband doesn't sstisify her sexually. Is that what she told you. Honey, do not think because her husband is 60 years old he can't satisify her. She is toying with you. Stick to your plans of leaving town and forget about her. She could be one of those forty year old women who can make your life a living nightmare once you sleep with her.

Go for it as long as you are both discreet about it!!! Just make sure no one sees or knows anything before,during,or after.The last thing either of you need is a good thing to go bad and have regrets later, even if your leaving town soon. Someday you may have to return and so will the past.(It can bite you in the ***)As far as her 60yr. old husband he is more likely capable of satisfying her. She may only want to try a side dish like you every now and then!!!!!
