I have this movie file in another language and would like to insert subtitles in English. I'm not too familiar with the program, but since WMM only allows a certain amount of text to be displayed on the screen at any given time, is there a way that a long piece of text can be displayed? Maybe the text can continue/refresh itself every few seconds to show the rest of the speech?

I haven't used Movie Maker much, but most video editors do not let you do that. It is one text screen for the entire clip. You would probably have to go through and cut the movie into hundreds of little 2 second/1 line clips and put a title up on each clip, then reassemble the whole thing. Have fun...
