I suppose it depends on how long you want to sit for. I'd recommend guillotine if your a bit of a chicken when getting clipped as most humans are faster at that. However if you enjoy a good manicure/pedicure, let your people file your nails after clipping so there are no rough edges to scratch them with, and if you're up to it, a little toenail polish will compliment any outfit!

why do anything regular? the guillotine worked for the french, well, some of them anyway.

You might want to consult with a spider. You have way too many legs, and way too many toenails. See if a spider can give you some advice.
