It will be hard, but do not try to be too desperate. It may lead you to do things you would not normally do, like sleep with a guy, thinking he will stay with you, but he is only looking for a quick easy lay.
Be patient, be yourself. Try not to be actively seeking someone and before you know it, someone will be interested in you. Where do you go to be noticed by guys? Bars, clubs, etc. are not the best places to meet someone.
Try getting involved in different hobbies and activities. If you like reading for example, join a bookclub, or go to the bookstore. I hear that ironically, the best places to meet someone now is the bookstore and supermarket.
You can also be a bit more assertive (BUT NOT DESPERATE). If you are someplace and see a guy you like, strike up a conversation about something innocuous, like the weather, a book you are reading, or last night's sports results.
Speak to some friends for some tips on meeting someone, hangout in a group and they can give you some confidence when you meet someone.

We're all lonely at times but don't sell yourself short. Going through the same as well. You're just making it worse by worrying about it 24/7. Hang in there and try to find other activities that will keep you pre-occupied. These pre-occupation activities may also unintentionally find who you are looking for :)

enjoy being single and go have fun
guys always seem more interested if u are having fun and not watching for guys and worried about what a guy will think
have fun because u dont know when u will tie the knot and then ur stuck in a commitment

Haha...you are cute..Gee..sound so desperate.. ha! There's bound to be someone who acknowledges you. Really. Though he mind be very hard to come by. haha..And I wonder if your expectations are very high?o.O Take me for example...I am a guy btw..I have a gf whom my friends all think is not good enuff for me. But I just love her a lot. I think i have found mine..good luck to you.ANd oh..just an advice..DO NOT find a bf just for the sake of finding one and good luck to you. True loves will find its way.=)

im in the same situation but theres always one person that likes u they just might be to scared to tell u try to be patient and do something to take your focus off of that its working for me
