Why do people consider me to be 'exotic'?

My ethnic background is native Hawaiian, Okinawaian, Chinese, Portugese, French, and Spanish.....And people consider me to be 'exotic', why? And is this good or bad?

Haha, bad and seek professional help? Alright, what exotic professionsals would you reccomend?

Yea I'd say you're exotic.

Exotic is defined as "not native" or "strikingly, excitingly, or mysteriously different."

Don't take that as an insult. Exotic things (and people) are usually much more interesting than "normal" people. I'd say it's kinda sexy to be exotic.

Well, your background probably gives you an unique look. People may consider it "exotic" due to your Asian features and that all of your features add up to an image of an attractive female.

It may be considered "good" if the comments are meant as a kind compliment, but often such comments are stated by men to indicate you are someone they want to have sex with because you look "different" and they want to brag they had a "exotic" chick.

i get the same thing all the time. i'm french, cherokee, cree, chippewa, and mexican. it can be a good thing cause most people can't tell what ethnic group you're from and you can probably blend in with any group. it can be sucky when people ask you, "hey, what are you?" i usually say, human-female. most people have a thing about "exotic", which i have taken to mean beautiful. i think that that's always a good thing.

Because of your looks it is obviously that you do not look like a typical american so they consider you to be exotic. Like a rare find. Yes hun it is a good thing.

so its good

I am part caucasian, part hawaiian and part tahitian so peole often refer to my looks as exotic too - and yes I take it as a rela compliment
