Its because your muscles have been overelaxed. Sleep is to completly shutdown muscle systems so they can rebuild (muscles have minor tears that occur all the time).

And you are more than likely hungry/have to go to the bathroom.

Has this been happening for a long time? Could be morning sickness, or something simple like gas, if its a possiblity that you could be pregnate, you should take a at home test
