I do not think an endocrinologist would be your best choice here. Endocrinologists deal mostly with diabetes, thyroid, pituitary, and adrenal conditions. Your symptoms don't fit in with that system. I think you should see an internal medicine specialist. Lot of causes of fatigue but the low-grade fever and history of bronchitis makes me think you may NOW have pneumonia. When were the chest-xray and CT scan done? I certainly don't think you should go to the ER as it does not sound urgetn. If you cannot get in to see an internist quickly, try going to an urgent treatment clinic.

ALSO, could be Epstein Barr -- a.k.a mononucleosis

Hopefully, it's just your body recovering. But you know your body better than any doctors do. Last summer I had a terrible cough and I began running fevers and had fatigue. Eventually, the nodes in my neck began swelling and my doctor STILL thought it was just an infection.

For months I was treated for everything from asthma to acid reflux. My doctor couldn't find anything 'wrong' other than a possible infection. Finally, a specialist did a biopsy on one of my lymph nodes and found out that I had Hodgkin's Disease (cancer of the lymphatic system) What had just started in my chest had spread to both sides of my neck and under both arms, while I waited for a doctor to find something wrong.

Listen to your body and make sure you tell your doctor everything that you're experiencing. Hopefully, your body is still just recovering and you'll be better soon. But remember that doctors aren't gods and you have the right to question what they are or aren't doing for you.

I agree with the first answer. If you have had all of those other doctors examine you and have had all of the extra tests, and nothing has come back, then I believe it is safe to assume that you are just still recovering. What are the odds that ALL of the doctors and tests are wrong? Hope you feel better soon! :)
