Turn a radio on in there room, a nice melow sound will work, no punk rock to real loud stuff and some nice slow jams in your room. Being a bit quite will help too. Screaming f me words and high pitched moaning is out of the question. Good luck hun.

Soundproof your room. I was in a theater where they also had arcade games in another room. I did not hear the noises until I was almost in the room. The walls had a type of carpet on them. Kept the sound right in there!

Also have "stuff" in your room. An empty room carries an echo real well! 'Stuff' will absorb the sounds. If the kids like to listen to their music...let them leave it on while they go to sleep and leave it on. It is a great 'white noise' system!

Or..have the kids spend the night at grandma's or a close friend for that night.

Using a basement or a downstairs room is a no-go! Sound travels! I think it travels better from upstairs to down...or downstairs up? What ever!

Also be aware of the vents..they carry sound too!!

How about putting a pillow over your face while you're doing the do?! Or just do like millions of parents worldwide....wait until you hear them SNORING and then get it on! If they are young, then it is understandable, but if their up there in age where they understand that the two of you are doing what grownups do, then there shouldn't be much of a problem. Everyone hears their parents doing it...it's not really such a big deal to them in the end.

First, set up your stereo in your room at the volume that you normally have sex. Go into other rooms of the house and see if you can hear anything. If you can hear anything, try to find the source of the sound leak and patch it up. If your walls are just too thin, you will just have to be careful, like only having sex when they are out of the house.

Use a muzzle.... (laughs) Keep it down, are you really that loud?? Oh or is the bed just really a rattling .... LoL ... Your kids aren't going to hear nothning unless your those types of couples who are just really kinky, than maybe you should settle down a lil bit , and do that stuff when your kids are gone for the night.

Do not have your bedrooms close together.... make sure they are sound asleep .....put on a little music that is not loud enough to wake them.. maybe do it on on the floor or somewhere that may not be as loud as a shaking bed... Hell I don't know!

well first of all make sure they are asleep and try not to be to loud I now its hard but when they are gone you can be as loud as you want. And also make sure you lock your bedroom door so they don't just walk in if you think they are asleep and there not.
