Listen to upbeat music or ballads about relationship if that helps you feel your emotions that you need to get out of your system. It is OK to cry. that helps you heal. It helps to take a long ride on a scenic route and look at the beauty and nature. That will give you a bit of a positive and happy outlook on life and take your mind off things if only for that moment. Talk to your friends and visit people you love and have not seen in awhile. that will make you feel good. You will see that you do have at least a good friend or one that is a true friend that you need to keep in touch with. Let go and laugh and feel the utopia of truth and freedom. You will heal--the most--with time. I have found that old saying to be one of the few ones that are definitely accurate. It may feel like forever, and then one day you all of the sudden look back and think --"what the Hell was I thinking,,,,I am so much better off,,,I am fine and I will be fine... and I am stronger for getting through that period in my life."

Every time you become interested in someone, it either ends up permanent or not permanent. Don't consider yourself "dumped". It could have been you that ended the relationship. Get busy. Call friends that you probably haven't seen in awhile. Go to classes. Get a new job or part time job. Volunteer. A little time takes care of everything. And most of all don't think of yourself as "dumped". Consider that it's the best thing that has ever happened to you.

Sorry Baby to hear that. But What you should do is just take some time for yourself.take some self help steps. Just go back to life b4 her. And things will come around. Before you know it you'll be involved with another. But WHAT EVER YOU DO, Do not stay alone and think about the situation or the ex. Get out and keep yourself active for a while. Help someone who is worst off than you and it will show you life for yourself could be worst.

Get rid of all things that remind you of them, resist the urge to call them, and be around family and friends a whole lot- It helps. I usually change a little something about my appearance also- just for a moral boost. Don't go right out and hook up or anything- you probably need this time to think, and have some alone time. Your free!! Be happy!! ;P

Of course plotting revenge is fun but do not do it! What ever you do never bad mouth your ex to your friends because this will come back and bite you. Maybe years down the road the two of you will reconnect, it happened to me!! Anyway, try not to dwell on the "what ifs". Just live life good that is the best revenge!

One time when I was dumped I went to a concert with my sister to one of my favorite rock bands and it ROCKED. I love going to concerts and just feeling all of that positive energy shaking the house down was totally awesome. So I would suggest getting out and doing something you absolutely LOVE to do, and trust me, you will feel a hell of a lot better!!

Wallow in self pity, get drunk, kick the dog, yell at your co-workers, listen to country music, stop eating, call her 52 times tomorrow, cry into your pillow, see how many times you can say "why", OR you can get with your pals and have a few beers and trade stories and let it hurt for awhile.

The best thing to do is to get rid of the pull they have over your thoughts by giving yourself to another.
Find someone you don't know or barely know, and have the NASTIEST SEX you've ever had in your life.
That breaks the connection. Trust me

Go and meet for chicks. Forget about the girl that dumped you, and get a new girl.
