They have a reeeeeaaaaaaly nice dream, they like it so much they orgasm in their sleep.
Actually, they often don't even dream. It just happens sometimes. Why that is I'm not sure. "Morning wood" is another phenomenon.

Boys get wet dreams because it is a way for their body to release sperm in order to make room for the new sperm that is being produced. It only happens when the boy is in the puberty stages.
