watch something boring on tv that you'll yawn through then go to bed and you'll be out like a light or put some slow, soothing music on. The thing not to do is some excerise or something as your mind will be buzzing with thoughts etc... and you won't be able to sleep with thinking.

sit in the bed looking at the roof or doing something boring even can help you reading a book or have dinner take a bath and sing your self to sleep it all works just try it

Make a tea from catnip. Make warm milk and brew the tea in that. Drink while still warm. Sleepy town express.

simply make ur day busy and be sure u will be tired the whole day . . . so that ur body will rest early by sleeping

do not eat anything after 7 pm. do not watch TV. have a soak in your bath, go to bed say around 9 pm, take something light and uplifting to read.. you will start feeling sleepy, turn off all lights and sounds.
