Thats just like some of the blacks still blaming us for the whole slavery thing when we didnt have anything to do with it.

Write your state and local officials. Encourage folks that you know to do the same.

Go to your LOCAL law library. See if there are any grounds within state or federal codes that show amesty as a violation of law (e.g. equal protection). Send your findings to the ACLU or a known non-profit that is willing to make noise.

Best! :-)

p.s. For example, a google search "California Law Library" turned up the government site for state codes:

http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/calaw.html

You can check your local state or county site for similar. You can text search records/codes on immigration.

Also, you can visit the physical law library of your county and get help by an assistant. Call your county offices and ask for the law library.

No, it is not an issue that is coming to a direct vote to voters. You had your chance and will have your chance to express your approval or disapproval with the way your Congressmen or Senators voted on the issue on election day, by either voting for them again if your were pleased, or by voting for another candidate who is more in line with your political opinion.

You do your voting to choose the politicians, and then they do what they want. You should have learned that in school.
Now all you can do it write to your congressmen and senators

No, not really, politicians know that 85-98% are opposed but they don't care.
