Well, it's really easy. Finding them, or her, is simple. Many or most young women don't think about it, so they are not looking for an older man.
Now I've only done this a few times, and all the younger women fit a profile. Usually mature. Well educated. Self-confident. Have had a few relationships.
Be yourself. Be open. Listen. If you get involved, do it only with a young woman that you like.
To find one, well unless you're really objectionable, here are the places: through your employment, girls you work with or contact.
Ask for their ideas and be willing to meet their friends.
If you're in a restaurant or an upscale bar suggest that one or two ladies should join you, BUT, don't "hit" on them. In fact in all cases, never "hit" on them, forget pick up lines. Treat any young woman that interests you as a friend, only.
Sometimes the real problem is one that you didn't mention.

Can we say mid life crisis? u can't just "find one" u should know that, ur 50. It doesn't work that way. It just happens. U see a young woman or know em from somewhere. I agree w those that said it's too much of an age diff, I mean u could be their father ur the same age for one! U have had experienced so much, they haven't had quite so much yet. Unless she's really really mature/different. Some do, some don't. I prefer that people only go for 1 year age difference no matter what. I tend to prefer younger, I'm in school and I'm a little older(few months to a year anyways but yeah)

I personaly like younger guys. Im in my 30s and have often dated men about 10 years older. I have come to the conclusion that to find a good man you have to pick em while their fresh...before any onther women snatches them up. Most times if a man is in his 40's or 50's and hes single...theres something wrong with him....countless other women have probably already rejected him because he cant be faithful, honest, caring.etc..he probably has emotional problems and doesnt have the skills needed to maintain a relationship(maybe a widower would be an exeption here)
Anyway I think a young guy about 20 to 30 is perfect...fresh onto the market
See look at you..in your fifties and want a CASUAL girlfriend in her twenties. Ever sick. You want to enjoy her firm young body and pretty face..at the prime of her life when she should be looking for her Mr Right and not wasting her time with a man who only wants casual relations. Hire an escort. Dont waste her time...its disrepectful to her

SOme religions say that an older guy with a younger woman leads to the older guy being always insecure. Better lessen the age difference. Someone around 35 is more mature

what pathetic answers! one day all of you will be 50 and beleive me that soon gets to your doorstep.
if only you knew, and as for young women going with an older guy because he has money, what a horrible sick thing to do.
you girls are definately off the list, far too shallow and horrid no matter how trendy you THINK you are.
my answer is keep looking you will find her and both of you will know it when you meet,

Hell yah, most young women like older men. I was about 25 when I was dating a 42 year old guy -- he was quite lavish with his money, took me to eat at really fancy restaurants, and bought me things that 20-something girls like.
I was his arm candy and he was my sugar poppa.
