It really depends on if they are bug bites or something else. If they look like spider bites and get bigger over time I would go to an infectious disease doctor and have them checked. If you got bit by deer ticks, you can get Lyme's Disease, it attacks the nervous system, nothing to mess with.

take a hot bath and stay in there for 45 min also take some skin desease medications for safety
